Our Incoming Superintendent for the

2026-2027 School Year!

Tuba City Unified School District No. 15 is pleased to announce and welcome Scott Nedrow as our Incoming Superintendent.

Mr. Nedrow brings more than 20 years of educational leadership experience, having served as an Assistant Director of Special Services, Assistant Principal, Associate Principal, High School Principal, and District Administrator. His dedication to student success and school improvement has earned him recognition as a Harvard School Turnaround Leader, a Raise Your Hand Texas Turnaround Leader, and a Texas Top 50 Principal.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Stephen F. Austin State University, a Master of Education degree from Abilene Christian University, and his Superintendent Certification through Lamar University.

Throughout his career, Mr. Nedrow has worked alongside educators, families, and communities to improve student outcomes, strengthen school culture, and create opportunities for all learners. His leadership philosophy is centered on a simple belief: every decision should be guided by what is best for students.

As he begins this new chapter with TCUSD, Mr. Nedrow looks forward to listening, learning, and building meaningful partnerships with students, staff, families, community members, and the Governing Board while honoring the culture, traditions, and values of the Tuba City community.

The superintendent search was conducted by the Arizona School Boards Association (ASBA), and Mr. Nedrow was selected and approved by the TCUSD Governing Board.

Mr. Nedrow and his wife, Molly, are excited to become part of the Tuba City community and support the incredible work already taking place throughout the district.
