We have noticed that some student accounts were either not created or have issues. If you or your student are unable to login to the iPad, Please send email to email@example.com.
We have made every effort to have an account for every student but it appears that some did not create as we intended.
We appreciate your patience and will get your account created as soon as possible!

Welcome to a New School Year!!
I would like to welcome you and thank you for choosing DLES for school-year 2020-2021. If you have not enrolled your child, registration forms are found at https://tcusd.org/registration/ or you may call the school to arrange a time to pick-up a packet.
Although our world has turned upside down and we are not opening our doors as we normally do, we are, humbled and empathetic, understanding the effects of this pandemic. We are being as flexible as,possible to give your child our very best. I would like to assure you that we are eager to begin the school, year with the intentions to deliver the best quality education that your children deserve for the upcoming, school year 2020-2021.
On July 8, 2020 the TCUSD School Board approved 100% virtual learning for the first quarter because of the COVID-19 pandemic, it was in the best interest of student and staff safety. On July 29, 2020, TCUSD School Board approved an amended calendar to begin school for students on August 17, 2020 and end the school year for students on May 27, 2021.
TCUSD School Board approved a 1:1 technology initiative on June 15, 2020. Every child in the TCUSD schools will receive an iPad, protective case, and a connective keyboard in order to complete online learning assignments on our newly learning management system, Schoology. Schoology enables our students, parents and teachers to engage with learning materials and their school community from the classroom. With Schoology, students can digitally submit homework assignments, review grades, participate in interactive discussions, receive announcements and feedback, take tests, write academic blogs, and more. As a parent, you will be able to view your child’s activity within the platform. Our teachers, students, and parents will be receiving training to utilize the components of this platform. We look forward to a new year. Our hopes is that this new platform will not only ensure a quality education during virtual learning, but that we will be able to carry it over when our students come back to the building, with the same collaboration and communication between the school, parents, and students.
You will be directly contacted when iPads are ready for pick-up by One Call Now and/or direct phone calls, so to update any phone numbers, please call the school at 928.283.1080.
Please continue to be safe by wearing your face masks in public, social distance, and wash your hands. The greatest act of humanity is love, please continue to check on your families and neighbors and always be kind, helpful, and compassionate. If you have any questions, you may email me at email@example.com or call my office at 928.283.1082.
