An employee(s) Classified staff will be absent from work due to a non-job-related, seriously incapacitating, and extended illness or injury and does not have enough leave to cover this time period.
Â
Employees may donate one (1) day of sick leave from the current year’s earned/accumulated sick leave in any contract year.
Â
Employees wishing to donate leave must complete the Sick Leave Donation Form. The form is available at the Human Resource office, and return it to the same office no later than ten (10) working days from the issuance of this notice.
