SUP with the Supt: Week 3 With TCUSD Technology Department
Dear TCUSD Family,
Next week, I will continue my “SUP with the Supt” listening series with Week 3: “Challenges & Roadblocks.”
For this week’s visit, I will be spending time with our Technology Department. Technology supports nearly every aspect of our district’s daily work, from classrooms and student learning to communication, operations, and campus support.
I will be listening to the team’s perspectives on three important questions:
• What gets in the way of your work?
• What is one obstacle we can help remove?
• How can the District better support you?
• What is one obstacle we can help remove?
• How can the District better support you?
The purpose of this series is not to evaluate or place blame. It is to listen, learn, and better understand the people and departments that keep TCUSD moving forward. I may not be able to resolve every challenge immediately, but I am committed to identifying practical solutions, improving our systems, and making sure employee voices are part of our decisions. When we remove barriers for our staff, we create better opportunities and stronger support for our students. I look forward to learning from our Technology team and sharing highlights from the visit with our TCUSD Family.
