CLICK HERE for Energy Support Program – Our Energy Support program gives qualified customers up to 25% or 60% discount on their energy bill each month.  To qualify for this program, customers  need to meet program income guidelines and provide proof of income for all adults in the household.  To stay enrolled, customers will need to reapply every 24 months.  If customers are currently enrolled in the Energy Support Program and would like to apply for the new 60% discount, they must submit a new application.

CLICK HERE for Energy Support with Medical Program Information – If the customer qualifies for the Energy Support program and have a critical medical equipment at home that requires electricity, the customer may qualify for a 35% discount of their monthly energy bill through the Energy Support with Medical Program.

CLICK HERE for Safety Net Assistance Program – A friendly reminder when the energy bill is due, the Safety Net program allows customers to designate a friend or relative to be a backup in case the customer can’t access their bill on time.  The Safety Net partner will receive a copy of the monthly energy bill and receive notifications if payment is past due.  Partners can also create a payment arrangement on the customer’s behalf to give more time to pay balance.  Safety Net partners are not financially responsible for the account.

CLICK HERE for Community Tree Program – The APS Community Tree Program will work to ensure people and neighborhoods in need across Arizona receive the many benefits trees provide.  The program will reduce heat island effect by expanding the tree canopy cover in vulnerable communities within the APS service territory and support the APS Clean Energy Commitment.
