Today, I had the opportunity to attend the CONVOY Certificate Distribution Ceremony, celebrating students who successfully completed the CONVOY: A Cultural Approach of Navajo Youth to Biomedical Sciences program.
This incredible initiative empowers our Navajo youth by connecting culture, education, and biomedical science, helping students discover pathways to college, careers, and leadership while honoring their heritage. Congratulations to each student who earned a certificate today. Your dedication, curiosity, and commitment to learning are inspiring, and we are proud of your accomplishments.
A heartfelt thank you to the program of facilitators, families, educators, and community partners who continue to invest in our students and create opportunities that will impact generations to come. At Tuba City Unified School District, we believe that when schools, families, and our community work together, our students thrive.
Congratulations to all of our CONVOY participants! The future is bright, and we are truly #StrongerTogether. 💚🤍
