Quarter 2: Same Mission. More Momentum.

Good morning, TCUSD Family,
We are officially on Day 2 of the second quarter, and I want to start by simply saying THANK YOU! Quarter 1 gave us an opportunity to establish routines, build relationships, identify areas where we need to grow, and begin laying the foundation for this school year. Now we build.
Our mission reminds us that we strive to be transparent, compassionate, and positive so that our students’ innate abilities of a growth mindset, respect, and academic achievement rise above all challenges. That is not just something we put on a wall. That is the work. And our vision is just as important: Transforming our resilient WARRIORS into positive and successful lifelong learners. Every classroom. Every department. Every bus. Every cafeteria. Every office. Every interaction with a student contributes to that vision.
As we begin Quarter 2, let’s stay focused on the things that matter most: strong relationships, high expectations, quality instruction, consistency, accountability, and taking care of one another. We do not need perfection. We need progress. And when 260+ people continue pulling in the same direction, that progress adds up quickly. Quarter 2. Same mission. Same vision. More momentum. Let’s keep building.
Stronger Together,
Scott Nedrow
