Thriving Through Thursday: The Work That Matters

Good morning, TCUSD FAMILY,
As we move through another busy week, I want to pause and recognize the steady, meaningful work taking place across our district. I see teachers thoughtfully reviewing student data, strengthening Tier 1 instruction, planning small groups, and finding different ways to reach students. I see support staff solving problems, maintaining our schools, helping families, and completing the many behind-the-scenes tasks that keep our district moving forward.
Not every success is immediately visible or easily measured. Sometimes progress is a student understanding something for the first time, a colleague stepping in to help, a difficult conversation handled with kindness, or a staff member choosing to try again after a challenging day. Those moments matter. Please know that I see your effort, I appreciate your commitment, and I am grateful for the care you continue to show our students and one another. We still have important work ahead of us, but I believe deeply in what we can accomplish together. Thank you for continuing to show up, support one another, and keep our students at the center of everything we do. Stronger Together.
With appreciation,
Scott Nedrow
Superintendent
Tuba City Unified School District #15
