Welcome Eustacia Yazzie Our New Manager of Human Resources

Good afternoon, TCUSD Family!
I am excited to share some GREAT news with everyone! Please join me in giving a BIG WARRIOR WELCOME to Ms. Eustacia Yazzie, our new Manager of Human Resources!
One thing I have continued to emphasize since joining TCUSD is the importance of building strong relationships, supporting our people, and creating a district culture where every employee feels valued, respected, and appreciated. Our employees are the heart of this district, and having strong leadership in Human Resources is an important part of that commitment. I am excited about the experience, perspective, and passion Eustacia brings to our team, and I look forward to the positive impact she will have across our district!
A Little About Eustacia!
Eustacia is a proud Tuba City High School graduate and two-time Northern Arizona University alumna! She has deep roots in our community, with family connections to Wildcat Peak, White Mesa, and Dinébito. Having called Tuba City home since 1994, she is especially excited to give back to the community that helped shape her. She brings years of experience in hospitality management, business operations, customer service, and human resources, with a background in professional development, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
Eustacia is passionate about helping people feel supported, valued, and equipped to succeed. And on a fun note, she is a HUGE Mary J. Blige fan, enjoys discovering coffee shops, and loves exploring scenic highways and byways! And perhaps my favorite part of her introduction? She is a Warrior through and through and proudly says she BLEEDS GREEN! Eustacia, welcome home and welcome to the TCUSD Leadership Team!
To our entire TCUSD Family, I encourage you to take a moment to introduce yourself, welcome Eustacia, and help her feel right at home. I truly believe that when we invest in our people, build meaningful relationships, and support one another, great things happen for our students. We have some exciting things ahead of us, and I am looking forward to continuing to build a district where our employees feel supported, and our kids always come first! One District. One Team. One Purpose.
Stronger Together,
