ParentSquare Launch & Teacher Training
Good Afternoon TCUSD Staff,
We are excited to announce that Tuba City Unified School District #15 is launching ParentSquare as our new district-wide communication platform.
ParentSquare brings district, school, classroom, and family communication together in one place, making it easier for staff to connect with families and keep everyone informed and engaged.
Training – Wednesday, October 7th at 1:00 PM MDT
Teachers and staff at school sites will participate in a ParentSquare training webinar beginning at 1:00 PM MDT during PD.
Before the training, please complete the following:
- Activate your ParentSquare account
- Bring your laptop to the training
- Be prepared to log in and follow along with the trainer
- Try the features in ParentSquare as they are demonstrated
Activate Your ParentSquare Account ( For Staff Who Have Not Activated Yet))
You should receive an email with the subject:
“Tuba City Unified School District #15 invites you to join ParentSquare”
Please open that email and activate your ParentSquare account before the training.
Why ParentSquare?
We understand the challenges of using multiple tools to communicate with families. ParentSquare will help TCUSD:

- Improve consistency across our schools

- Keep district, school, and classroom communication in one place
Your school and class rosters are already preloaded in ParentSquare to help make getting started easier.
What Can You Do with ParentSquare?
With ParentSquare, staff can:
- Create posts and send messages to families
- Communicate with families using built-in two-way translation
- Share forms, files, and permission slips
- Schedule conferences and appointments
- Set up volunteer and wishlist sign-ups
- Track message reach and engagement
- Access ParentSquare from a computer or mobile device

Teacher User Guide
I have also attached a ParentSquare Teacher Guide to this email. Please review it and keep it available as a reference as we begin using ParentSquare.
Thank you for your support as we roll out ParentSquare district-wide.
Access ParentSquare directly through the TCUSD website.
On the main website, look for ParentSquare near the top of the Student Enrollment Packets section.
Once you open The Sign In To ParentSquare:
- Click Sign in with Microsoft
- Use your TCUSD.org email address
- Sign in with the same password you already use for your TCUSD Microsoft account /computer
You do not need to create or add a new ParentSquare password. ParentSquare is linked to your TCUSD.org Microsoft account and uses the same login credentials.
Please make sure you are able to log in before the October 7th, 2026 training at 1:00 PM MDT.
