Monday, October 5th is World Teachers Day
Good morning, TCUSD Family,
Today is World Teachers’ Day, and I want to take a minute to recognize the incredible teachers across our AMAZING district. Teaching is hard work. It takes patience, heart, flexibility, and a willingness to show up every day knowing that what you do matters. Sometimes you see the impact immediately. Sometimes you may not see it for years. But I promise you are making a difference. Our students may not remember every lesson, assignment, or test, but they will remember the teacher who believed in them, pushed them, listened to them, and refused to give up on them. That is the power of a teacher.
To every teacher across TCUSD, THANK YOU! Thank you for choosing this profession. Thank you for choosing our students. And thank you for continuing to give your best, even on the days when it isn’t easy. I appreciate you, I believe in you, and I am proud to be on the same team with you.
Happy World Teachers’ Day!
Stronger Together,
