New District-Wide Phone System

Good Morning TCUSD Staff,
I am excited to share that the cutover to our new district-wide phone system has been successfully completed. Both inbound and outbound calls are now working across the District.
I know this is a change and it may take some time to get familiar with the new phones, but they are designed to be very user-friendly. We have also left a one-page Quick Start Guide with basic phone operations for your reference.
Our District main line, 928-283-1000, now includes an Auto Receptionist that will provide callers with options to reach school sites, District Administration, and other departments.
Another new feature is voicemail-to-email. If you receive a voicemail, you will also receive an email notification with the voicemail information.
