- Graduation cap, goewn, tassle unit
- Prescription eyeglasses
- Student Test Fees (ACT, SAT, etc.)
ELIGIBILITY:

Must be enrolled in TCUSD #15 schools for SY 26-27

Enrolled in a Federally Recognized Tribe, CIB on file

Complete JOM Assistance Application with supporting documents.
IMPORTANT INFO:
- Funds end September 30, 2026.
- Funding is available until exhausted, and number of approved applications will be selected based on completed forms and eligitibility.
- Please complete the JOM Assistance application and attached documents.
