TCHS played against Rio Rico HS and won the round on Friday night by score 4-1. 2nd round TCHS lost to a close match to Marana HS by score of 2-3. On Saturday we had to play 3 more rounds. In the 3rd round TCHS paired against University-Rincon HS and lost the round 0-5. 4th round TCHS played Central HS and won the round 5-0. The last round of the day, we played against Chandler Prep Academy 5-0. Overall I was satisfied with our performance in the tournament. I had to bring 2 freshmen up from the JV squad, Trent Saganitso played 4th board and Sky Daw played 5th. Levi Andrian Decolongon played board 1 with high rating of 950 points, Aedhan Yonnie played 2nd board with 680 rating points, EJ Bitsinnie played 3rd board with the 659 rating points. I’m was pleased with all of the varsity players performance. In the JV we had Kylie Thomas, Shino Ramone, Levi Anderson Decolongon and Zane Nez competed.
