2023 Tuba City High School graduate Jeremiah Walters (Diné/Navajo) was selected to attend the 2023 Atlanta Braves Native American All-Star showcase to be held June 23-25, 2023 at Truist Park in Atlanta, GA. The top 50 players from various Native American High Schools across the Nation are selected to showcase their talents to various prospective Colleges and Various Professional Teams through a two day event with various workout programs the first day and a showcase game the next day. He is ranked 7th (3A) in the Nation for stolen bases and #1 in Arizona AIA 3A Conference. He has a total career of 44 strikeouts as a pitcher and a batting average of .476 (per Maxpreps)
