COPPER STATE CHAMPIONS – TUBA CITY LADY WARRIORS! 
The Tuba City Lady Warriors are bringing the Copper State title back home after a thrilling 59–54 victory over the Snowflake Lady Lobos.

Congratulations to all team members, the coaching staff, and all supporting staff for their hard work and dedication throughout the season. Special appreciation to the TCUSD Athletic Director, administrators, and leadership team for their continued support of our student-athletes.

A heartfelt thank you to all the TCUSD supporters who traveled all the way from Tuba City to Phoenix, flooding the stands with green and cheering with pride. Your energy, spirit, and unwavering support made a difference and lifted the team to victory. Thank you, Lady Warriors, for bringing the trophy back home! You carried Tuba City with pride — and you finished the job.From the opening tip, the championship intensity was undeniable. Snowflake came out strong, taking a 13–9 lead after the first quarter, but lady warriors stayed poised and answered every run to keep it close.
The second quarter remained competitive, with Snowflake finding success from long range. The Lady Warriors responded with strong defense, smart ball movement, and key free throws to shift momentum heading into halftime.
The second half turned into a true battle. Our lad warriors increased defensive pressure and attacked the rim with confidence to take the lead. With each possession crucial, both teams fought hard heading into a tight fourth quarter.
In the final minutes, the Lady Warriors delivered. Clutch steals, strong finishes, and critical free throws sealed the 59–54 victory.
The Lady Warriors finish an incredible season at 27–3 overall and 11–1 in region play, capturing the Copper State Championship. We also commend Snowflake for a hard-fought game worthy of a championship stage.
