Please note; a modification has been made to the CALL TO THE PUBLIC.  We are accepting IN-PERSON CALL TO THE PUBLIC comments at the time and date of the scheduled meeting.  If parents, staff or community members wish to address the board in person, we will accommodate their request by giving them the opportunity to present their Call To The Public comment in the District Office Conference Room during the meeting.

We will be practicing the social distancing guidelines and following established Covid-19 protocols prior to allowing anyone into the District Conference Room for their presentation.

If you wish to email your Call To The Public comment instead, send your comment via email to Amy Butler, Governing Board Secretary at abutler@tcusd.org  or Dr. Terry Maurer, Superintendent at tmaurer@tcusd.org. Call To The Public emails received by the time the meeting is “called to order” will be read during the scheduled meeting.
